Some times you try to run vmware virtual machine is not starting showing error ”
The VMware Authorization Service is not running”

Here is the simple solution to solve that problem

press windows key in keyboard type

 services.msc

then click enter this will open window like this

click any service and press letter v then it will easy to find the vmware services then select VMware Authorization service 

right click on it it will show menu like this and select start
